Chateau Bistro is a Christian cafe & Bistro in Emory, Texas, not far from Dallas Texas. We serve delicious, (organic) as possible French cuisine. We try to honor God in all we do and that is why we are dedicated to providing you with only the best friendly and quality service in a fun and romantic atmosphere.
Our cafe is a bistro-type restaurant, like in Paris, France with inside and outside seating with a casual elegance. Our menu includes French cuisine with international fusion as well as a down-home Steakhouse with a full bar.
Selection including rib eye and filet Mignon steaks and much, much more. Our owner, Elle Moisdon, has been cooking since she was 9 years old and likes to infuse other flavors into the cuisine.   She is Le Cordon Bleu Chef as well a Certified Wine Sommelier.
